I prioritize positive working relationships and efficient processes in my work, guided by my values of authenticity, compassion, and curiosity.


I carry a firm belief that positive working relationships are the most important factor to an organization's success. Effective communication is vital to any organization, be it in the private, public, or non-profit sector.

Working relationships take many forms. In my career, these relationships have been with individuals from from diverse backgrounds ranging from colleagues, retail customers, the general public, clients, guests, contractors, and vendors to business owners, executives, and elected officials.

A way of supporting healthy working relationships is by creating efficient processes for all parties involved. This can take the shape of standardization, defined tasks, clear deliverables, and consistent work products. Having efficient processes helps with setting expectations and allows for previous productivity loss to be used for things like support, culture building, and innovation.

By standardizing our methodology and suggesting process improvements, my team and I achieved a 28% success rate in converting SeaTac business owners - up from just 4% in the previous year. These improvements impressed the city council and led to a participation rate of 50% in the following year's outreach project.


My goal is to leverage my skills to drive innovation and growth in a mission-driven organization.
